April 18, 2013 - This is why offshoring the help desk won't work

This poor user was throwing a fit.
Account reset's what she'd like to get.
There is always a hitch.
That's the cause of the glitch
Is the one thing that users omit.


April 17, 2013 - A clean miss

What's the problem? It's really quite clear:
There's this beeping the clean room can hear.
But a switch was soon found
That would turn off that sound.
Well, it worked for about half a year...

Today was National Haiku Poetry Day. I couldn't help but put in my two cents:

Today is the day
Of Japanese poetry.
Haiku! Gesuntheit! 


April 16, 2013 - Some problems only the user can duplicate

There are calls that I get so mind numbing.
"All my keys click! It's gotta be something!"
All the settings were fine,
But she still has to whine.
There's no setting to turn off her thumb ring.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by the tragedy at the Boston Marathon yesterday.
